I am going to superglue the cat to the floor. He has taken to charging out the back door when someone is putting out or bringing in the dog. (He usually targets The Boy, because Crookshank isn't as stupid as he looks.) Damn feline can move his fat butt awfully fast when he wants to. Grr. 7.5 lbs is a nice start. I haven't tried the atkins plan because I am addicted to bread. I admit it, I love the stuff.

I do miss bread and pasta, but Coke is my biggest bane. But I'm actually on the Curves Plan, not Atkins, which means that today (start of Phase 2!) I can have small amounts of bread as long as I keep it within reason. And, unlike Atkins, the idea is to eventually get you off the diet.

I do have to remember to exercise more, though. And I don't think I drank enough water yesterday. Bad Shugenja!
