There is word that the Nebula jury might add another book by Monday, otherwise this is the preliminary list of the Nebula ballot that members of the SFWA will vote on to narrow it down to 5 per category. Note that all the items listed in Novellas and the Norton Award will appear on the final ballot. In addition, the Nebula juries may add an additional item per category to the final ballot.
