I woke up late today... but in enough time to still possibly get to class on time. Ugh. I hate slow assholes. Mark and I were on the highway today behind this long line of assholes doing 55 mph. I was like aslkasjdfhald... FUCKERS

Way to go for writing the d-bags. That would have pissed me off too.

Dude that is totally uncool that Blockbuster screwed you over like that! I am glad you took it to the next level and contacted their customer service at HQ- next time you are in the store you should ask to talk to the manager and tell him/her that their employee was disrespectful and unhelpful and how could a faithful customer be treated in such a way- who knows what you might get an apology at the least...maybe some comps. Which BB did you go to?

And totally had an awesome time with you at B&N- sorry it had to end so soon. Next time I would squeal with glee..or some other more respectable noise at the chance to go to Sephora or other stores with you...

It was the one on Greenwood and Ballard. And the lady was the manager. I cancelled my subscription and went back to Netflix. Boo... I don't like blockbuster now.
