Question: is Hetalia counted as Seinen... or? The demographics is not mentioned in its wiki article (I've checked both the Eng and Jp ver) ><;;

It's demographics are comedy, parody, and historical according to my anime list. I'm going to have to say it isn't counted as seinen and thus can't be used for your character or any of the challenges.
