All mistakes are mine, and this was written pretty quickly so there are probably lots. All inaccuracies also belong to me.

I love this but it isn't boding well for Ryan. With frigging AJ and axes. I hope Ryan gets the chance to whomp AJ with the axe and the others help to cover it up as an accident!*nudge, wink*.

I'm thinking Ryan will be getting laid before too long?....He's got quite a few to choose from.*wink*

Awesome writing I feel as if I'm at the camp and wishing I was!!...Not because of Ryan being there....um...Who am I kidding.LOL.

Update soon...Right?.It;s amazing!!!!

Axe whomping and bootcamp romance is not out of the question at this point. The next chapter is in the works.
Thanks for reading!

Wow. AJ at a job like that???
I'm sure the brochure didn't include details about this kind of stuff.
I'm curious to find out where you will take this.

Thanks for the comment. I'm in foreign territory with this AU business, so any feedback is much appreciated.

Good to see you- and see you writing- again. You've gone venturing afield (couldn't resist), into uncharted territory with this one (again with the irresistible). It would seem you're definitely adhering to characterization with the AU premise. That gives you many opportunities to explore with the characters interacting in unfamiliar surroundings and circumstances ( ... )

Thanks for reading! I'm trying to keep the group as in character as possible so they are somewhat recognizable in this setting.

It is interesting to think how the Newport kids would have reacted to Ryan if they had met him outside their bubble. I've just finished chapter 2, so I hope you'll check it out and let me know what you think!

Well, even the most coddled, spoiled and protected are outside of their comfort zones, but Ryan's again the real target for A.J. He has a license to continue his abuse, and not even the remote possibility of Social Services expressing fleeting interest. Ouch.

I'm guessing A.J. will still continue to treat Ryan as his personal whipping post, singled out from the others, so some of their bubble will be intact if they are more spared. They'll have to wonder just what Ryan's done to incur his special wrath. That could still end up putting barriers between them, although the common experiences could also prevent that. No matter what, there's probably that undeniable sense that Ryan is different- because, essentially, no matter how he tries to blend, he is.

I'll check out the next part this evening, hopefully.
