Timezone/Language: Central Time/Spanish/English. THIS MEANS I'M ESL, so PLEASE, please feel free to smack me around with a large trout whenever you catch me making mistakes! I will love you forever if you tell me I'm doing something wrong. I would like to believe I'm getting better, but yeah. PLEASE, just kick me hard if my grammar/spelling isn't right.
PLAYING
Goals: Be someone fun to play with while remaining IC, and of course, have fun! I love plots.
How Do I Play: I barely post, mostly because I have a short attention spam and it intimidates me! I must admit I have a problem with tossing my characters at posts that are already big enough, because lol self-confidence, but I will do my best to work on it. I almost never jump people unless you're a canonmate, and I feel like I can be fast enough to reply. I'm not proud of this, and I'm working on it. I never mind to be jumped, though, and I actually love it when people do. PLEASE, FEEL FREE TO JUMP ME. I try to never drop threads, but sometimes I do, and it's not because of you or anything, if you want to continue you're welcome to poke the hell out of me.
Frequency: In general, I'm a little inconsistent, sometimes I spam daily, and then I vanish for several days due to school. Since I started college it's more difficult to find me online, I'm only available after 9:30pm Central Time and I need to go to bed before 1am on weekdays. However, I always have a lot of homework to get done, so there are days I can only reply once or twice a day. But if you feel like threading with me, just ask me somehow and more often than not I will say yes.
Replying Speed: Depends. Around 2-4 minutes if I'm paying full attention, close to 10 or more if I'm distracted.
Thread Dropping: I drop threads when I feel tired, or because I forget to reply. I'm usually good at not dropping threads, but I know I do it sometimes. I will be glad to continue if you remind me, so please don't hesitate to ask.
Thread Jumping: I don't mind at all, just ask if you're unsure.
Crack vs. Emo: I roll with anything.
Comfort Levels: If I feel uncomfortable I will tell you, and in exchange, please TELL ME if I'm doing something you're not comfortable with. That is all I ask for, it makes me really sad to make people uncomfortable.
Betaing: I can help mostly with voice, and flow if I'm canon-savvy, otherwise I'm not of much help. BUT IF YOU'RE A POTENTIAL CANONMATE PLEASE CONTACT ME, I will be your cheerleader, and love you a lot.
AUs: SURE, I might say no if it's about sex? I can only do sex AUs with certain people.
Pimping: I'm lazy. YOU CAN ASK, AND I WILL HELP YOU FIND WHATEVER YOU NEED.
Concrit: I always post to cfud_concrit unless I miss the post, or if I don't feel like I threaded much that week because then there is nothing to crit -- hopefully. Another option is to hit up any of my characters' crit posts! Anonymous comments are allowed, and all comments are screened. There is always PM or my email (aurynluna [dot] gmail [dot] com) if you're not comfortable with those. Please, I beg you to talk to me if you have any concern or problems with the way I play my characters. I want to improve, and I can't do that if you don't tell me what I'm doing wrong.
In Case Of Emergency: If you need to find me, ask Dean/Kirk/Yuri/Merlin/several more and she'll probably know if I'm online. But if I suddenly disappear, your best option would be to harass Nina (allira_dream), our old Kouryuu, since she has my cellphone number and knows people who can get in touch with me.
