Summary: Toshiro just can't stand his lieutenant's tendency to ditch work, and he finally decides to give her a piece of his mind.
A/N: Written for prompt #7: jealousy of 10_hurt_comfort. Again...my tenses.

( Why can't you be like other lieutenants, Matsumoto? Hard-working, diligent, obedient - truth be told, Hinamori does a better job than you. )

This...was just a spur of the moment plot line, to tell the truth. XD I just wanted to do something with Rangiku finally getting down to business and this popped out!

I really, really, really miss these two, whether they're written as a pairing or platonically. That was a good read, and very realistic, too. I'd imagine this has happened more than once already. :P
