Book recs?

Now that I'm over my Olympic rant *lol*, I was wondering if anyone had any good book recommendations? Novels and/or mangas will do.

I'll have a lot of free time on my hands pretty soon, since everyone's children will be in school and will therefore have homework...which means that they'll have to stay home *mwuahahahahahahahahahaaaaaaa*.

Hehehe, I agree with your rant, though! (I was away before so I couldn't say so then, sorry. ^^") There was a lot of wank going on in Canada because our medal count was at zero for quite a while... A lot of people were going on and on about how embarrassing it was, which was frustrating me like crazy. Wouldn't it be better to cheer the athletes on instead of whining about their every "loss" (I use quotes because I really don't consider the 4th place position to be a loss O__o) and putting even more pressure on them? Personally, I like to ignore the medal count, and all the media drama, and just enjoy watching the events. >>

Hmm... I don't think I've been reading enough lately to offer up any good recommendations. I should fix that!
