10. Envy
He knew that Sarah and the Doctor had been friends before he met either of them. He knew that was why they were so easy around each other and that was why they got on so well.
But Harry wondered if it was more than friendship. The Doctor was hard to read, but he saw admiring glances from Sarah that suggested her feelings were deeper. He could understand why she liked a man who could show her the universe, however eccentric he may be. But sometimes he wished she'd look at him like that, even if it was only once.
73. Shooting star picture
Harry held on tightly to the console as the TARDIS shot towards the planet. He rather hoped it was Earth, but now wasn't the time to worry about that.
"Doctor!" He really didn't like the speed they were going at, or how warm the TARDIS was getting.
"Just a minute, Harry." The Doctor sounded harried. He was only holding on with one hand, using the other to manipulate the controls. "There, all done." He grinned as they came to a sudden stop.
Harry was less pleased, as he'd broken Sarah's fall. She might be light, but she was all elbows.

"It's Chinese New Year," the Doctor said, as they stepped out of the TARDIS.
"It's not Scotland," Harry pointed out, but the Doctor had already thrown his scarf over one shoulder and was now disappearing into the throng.
"Come on, Harry, don't be such a spoilsport." Sarah grabbed his arm and dragged him off after the Doctor.
"It's not that," Harry protested. "It's just.." He broke off at the look she was giving him. "Duty," he finished, weakly.
Fortunately for him, Sarah's attention had been diverted. "Is that a real dragon?"
Harry sighed. Everywhere they went, the Doctor found trouble.
42. Travel troubles
Once Harry got over the police box being much bigger on the inside than it was outside, he wanted to know how it worked. There were so many buttons and knobs and switches and levers on the console.
"What does this do?" He touched it as he pointed it out and the Doctor leapt over to him.
"Don't touch that, Harry! It's the Helmic Regulator." The Doctor glared at him. "I hope you haven't put us too far off course."
Sarah just smiled and shrugged her shoulders. Harry sighed and stepped back outside into what he thought was UNIT's lab.
32. Road Trip
When the Doctor switched on the scanner Harry nearly had a heart attack, looking at the screen. "I really don't think this is a good idea," he said.
The Doctor waved a hand at him. Harry expected Sarah to side with the Doctor, but she surprised him. "I don't think the people below us are particularly happy about a police box hovering practically on top of them."
The Doctor sighed. "All right, all right. No sense of adventure you two." He pulled a lever and the TARDIS rose, so there now was at least space for lorries to pass underneath.
