It has so many layers to the story, without it going overboard and seeming like an Alternate Universe Soap Opera. XD
Is it gay? Um. One character is gay, but there isn't much slashy subtext [yet]. This kind of pleases me because it's really focusing on the crazy-dramatic plot first, y'know? I dunno. It's just amazing. Plus, everything is gorgeous! All the sets/backgrounds/WHATEVERS just blew my mind.
And the acting is fantastic! I wasn't expecting it to be that great, to be honest. Christopher Egan really owns the "country-boy-doing-the-right-thing" thing. :D

It's all I've been able to talk about for the past two days. Seriously. My friends kind of want to kill me. :'D

What'd you think about Eli? I WANT MORE ELI!!!
I made the icon, by the way. I don't like using other people's icons because it feels too much like stealing so all my icons I make.

I CRIED SO HARD.
That was an amazing scene. And they seem like best friends & brothers, and they were the only two to join the army right? So, more camaraderie and... GUH.
So yeah. Totally loved him.
AND JACK. I'm hoping they'll reel him back from the "antagonist" side, because isn't the story supposed to go something like: "David and Jonathan loved each other, Jonathan especially, so instead of killing David Jonathan tossed him to the nearest semi-comfortable surface and screwed him senseless."
(yeah, just copied + pasted from the friending meme. ^^;)
But I don't even need David/Jack from this show! I just need Jack to not be completely... *dun dun DUUUN*, y'know?
^^;
