They both have plenty of the ridiculous, really, Spider-Man and Batman. But it remains that the two of them have just about the best bunches of bad guys in the world of superhero comics.
Now people with stupid rogues' galleries? Iron Man. Iron Man. Iron Man. Mandarin's cool. Stane, Ghost, and Crimson Dynamo can be, if written right. Everyone else?
I mean, he has the Unicorn. The freakin' Unicorn. What do you have to do to be stuck with the Unicorn as one of your villains?

Although I think Copperhead is probably more a Wonder Woman villain, she has enemies like Cheetah. (speaking of a crappy rogues gallery...)
