Joyce and Walky!: Priorities!

Usually, there's two souvenir toy add-on sets every year at BotCon.  But this was an anniversary year (25 for Transformers, 15 for BotCon itself) so they had an extra souvenir add-on toy set, featuring two guys they had passed on in conventions past.

I'm having trouble understanding what color people expect a friggin' lion to be, if not red, yellow and orange.

Yes, but if you made a Transformer (or worse, a team of them) colored entirely tan beige, they'd just stand around uselessly, blending into the decor.

The original deco of this toy was passably in those colors, though: http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Image:Leobreaker_toy.jpg

I have an itch in the back of my mind that there's some canon source saying that the BM Pred faction symbol predates BM, but I can't remember where.

How can the BM Pred symbol predate BM? (I think Trent Troop made it up, if I recall him correctly.)

Leobreaker? So does that mean we should send a warning to the VG Cats character that he's about to have a giant robot on his tail?
(Couldn't resist, because Leobreaker is to me, another example of someone not checking the character name before it left the quality assurance facilities.)

Howso? Google doesn't suggest it's also the name of a dildo.

Mostly because it just doesn't make sense or even mean anything, in relation to the character. Unless Leob's got himself a fondness for dildos...

...the thought of a TransFormer using such an implement has just made me reach for the brain bleach.

It originally meant something. Leobreaker was going to be the lion upgrade to Trailbreaker. Thing is, Trailbreaker didn't clear and so they went with Overhaul. And kept Leobreaker.
