An official picture of Snake-eyes from the upcoming live-action GIJOE movie was released today, and will apparently be in USA Today tomorrow. Hey, look at that, it's a Snake-eyes costume. Way more faithful than I was expecting.

The best part of Fern Gully was the 5-second clip of "Here Comes The Hotstepper" playing on that one guy's Walkman. Nah na-na-na nah, na-na-na nah, na-na-nah, na-na-nah, na-na-na nah, right!

at least I think it was from Fern Gully. Some preachy 90's eco-flick at any rate. A fairy/midget/woodland sprite stepped on the Walkman and accidentally turned the radio on, and that was what played.

The live-action GIJOE film is supposed to have the GIJOE organization as some sort of global special police force or something based out of Brussels, IIRC. Is that why Snake-Eyes is using an FN-Herstal Five-seveN?
