SUPERBBBBBB pic, the food looks WONDERFUL. I am not an adventurous cook ...so I enjoy it when someone is!

And btw...Madhu Menon is themadman...correct your post! I think, in India, you could ask him to give you the location of exotic ingredients. Yes, of course it would be very expensive...
