prompts!
The poll about the next round is now closed, and the vote was overwhelming to take November off, but to replace the normal rounds with a month-long prompt fest instead!
To start things off, please reply to this post with as many prompts as you want! Beginning Monday, I will collect those prompts and post them in a whole NEW post so that everyone can see them easily. If you don't know how to suggest a prompt, here are some examples:
Kristy/Dawn, in college, apples, basements
Mary Anne/Cokie, "My entire body tensed every time she walked into the room. I hated her."
Stacey/Abby, coming out, "when i'm up in the middle of the night/trying to figure out who's wrong and who's right/shake my brain against my heart to find/this is not at all what i had in mind"
Basically? Almost anything goes. Give a pairing and something else for the writer to work off and it works.
