This was so excellent. You really worked the non-linear structure to your advantage, and I loved watching the story unfold in that way. There will never be enough Season 3 UST/first time AUs, so thank you for that, and also well done for making stillscape keel over with happiness by filling her favourite prompt.

This is such a fun AU of that episode!

The non-linear approach, especially in the short vignettes, is a really cool way to tell the story. I like the way this style heightens the tension and keeps the pace fast and furious, which mirrors exactly what those two lovebirds are caught up in. Really a great stylistic experiment.

And an awesome fic! Well done.
