I've started a trend at work. At work, there are oh, 23 employees and so, every other week we have a staff meeting where we all get together and talk about, you know, staff stuff (I kind of love going to staff meeting; it still hasn't quite sunk in that I am actually staff, that I actually work here). Yeah, we have staff meetings every Wednesday. I hate them because they make me so behind in all my work.
