What a great trip, ShanVan! I love all your pics and stories. And I love all those Italian men flirting with you. *g*

Wow! The photos are beautiful as are the entries. I was laughing when the woman promissed you Italian boyfriends if you waited... I would have waited and seen what she had LOL

Such a great trip! I am so happy you had a good time and were able to mix business and sight seeing. Now I have another destination to head off too!

You would *love* Italy, Jeanie!

I wish we could have waited - I'm sure it would have been a lot of fun, seeing what she came up with!

Can you remind me what kind of camera you have? It takes such great pics. Or maybe it's you taking such great pics. ;) I'm going to splurge since I'm getting a tax refund.

Oh! What's the secret to taking pics at night/in the dark? Your came out great. Mine always look blurry. Is it the camera?

This was (mostly) with my new camera - the Canon Rebel XSi (http://www.dpreview.com/news/0801/08012403canoneos450d.asp). The after dark pictures were taken with a lens with a really wide aperture to let in more light.

My other camera that I still use from time to time is the Canon G9 (http://theonlinephotographer.typepad.com/the_online_photographer/canon-g9-review.html). They came out with the G10, but from what I understand, the upgrades aren't that different, so you might do better with looking for a deal on a G9. I love it!

Sorry - I'm much too lazy to remember how to embed the links in the text! :)
