Is there more than one Blue Ridge? I think the title is just a general reference to the Blue Ridge mountains, but I'll admit my knowledge of the geography of the eastern US isn't very good (silly Californians...)

Ooh, I didn't realize that this took place around the french and indian war. That's a time period I've actually studied a lot. Don't much care for rape and torture scenes though.
