Activity: May the Best Man Win
Deadline: Initial brackets due by 9p EDT Sunday, July 29//1a UTC Monday, July 30. Countdown here.
Points: 10 points for filling out the bracket. 5 points per new guesses per round (max of 20 points). 2 points for casting your vote in each round (max of 10 points). 1 point per every guess you get right (out of 22 points possible). +15 points for the person who comes the closest overall + bonus points for sigtag or team icon (1 time only)
Summary: Fill out the bracket to predict who is shonda_land's favorite male!
Remember during the last break when we did the vote-off for our favorite female character and Addie totally won, cuz she's awesome like that? Now, we're going to do it with the males - but this time for points!
Here is how it will work.
Click on the link below to get the bracket. Fill it out according to how you think the votes are going to go. To clarify, this is NOT how you are going to vote, but how you think everyone as a whole is going to vote. You are predicting the winners! You may fill out the bracket and submit it as an image, or you can just make a number list of 1-15 (corresponding to the numbers on the bracket) and post it that way.
Aly will put up the first round of voting tonight. The votes will be screened so no one can cheat. You have until Sunday night, when the first round of voting closes, to get in your brackets. (Yes, we know this is a little short, but there are 5 rounds of voting, and we want to get them all in before the phase ends. Plus this is like the easiest thing in the world, so five-ish days should be plenty.)
After that, for each round of voting that goes up, you will be able to make new guesses for that round alone. I'll give you more details when we get there, so no need to worry about that now, except to know each round you make predictions for will give you 5 points.
Voting in each round will give you 2 points per round.
Every guess you make right, in your initial brackets and in the individual rounds, will garner you 1 point per correct guess.
And finally, whoever does the best with their guessing and gets the most right will get 15 extra points just for them.
