A useful link

I haven't actually tried this in the real world, but I found this link on convincing reluctant friends/family to get the vaccine extremely helpful.

Ugh, paywall block for me (I've used up my freebie articles for the month, I guess), but that does sound, on paper, like something that would work for some. I fear that anti's here where I live can't be persuaded at all--they're diehard conspiracy-mongers and addicts to every sort of non-mainstream website, plus hardcore Trumpers (who aren't even convinced to take the vaccine even after HE took it, which further boggles the mind). I saw an op piece in my NYT daily email, however, that showed that the pandemic is definitely on the wane now, and those who still insist it's all fake and a government ploy to control us (again--they're Trumpers who believe a pandemic that started while he was President is somehow a plot to control the people... logic is not their strong suit) will just have to take their chances on getting it and surviving. Or not. I'm at the point now where I say send all our unused vaccines to countries desperate for more and let the anti's here take their chances.
