For SLH: I say Asukai because he gives off the "NO ONE'S NORMAL" vibe more than Yamashina. Ren could also work but I don't think he hits the target just right.
I also vote Ami for Sailor Moon.

Sailor Moon: Actually, I see Haruka. She always struck me as an intelligent and strong person. She's independent, and gentle around certain people. But, she also fits your negative and neutral traits just as well as your positive ones.
