I'm still in some kind of shock that Indiana has actually gone blue... I never thought it would happen again with all the conservatives here.

You see, in America, our politicians are so dumb that they must wear red and blue ties to remind themselves and others what team they play for. Otherwise, I democrat might see a bunch of republicans voting for a bill, get confused, and vote for it himself. (or vice versa). Red and blue are the most sensible colors for neckwear and were the most readily available fabric dyes in colonial times, so they were the logical choices ( ... )

Im a republican and now I know what happened to all my damned red ties. Just so you know I did not have any anti-gay messages on the back. No room for them. Too many names and # for favors owed...

They are having a mock election next year for those who did not vote this year. It will be for practice, that way maybe they will be able to get it right by the next election.
