So by the way, does anyone know how to make butter? A butter churn showed up in the barn thanks to the scientists, but I'm not really sure what to do with it. You "churn" milk to make butter; I know that. But it didn't come with instructions ( Read more... )

I... I have a few questions!

...but yeah, if the frequency's gone, that means they're not here--did a friend of yours leave?

No, not really. What were your questions?

Oh, okay.

WELL, Soma and I want to make chocolates for everyone like you are... how do we do that?

And --...a friend of mine wants to bake cookies... is there stuff to bake sugar cookies here? Or any kind of cookie? And how do you bake cookies? He's kind of little, I don't want him to get hurt doing it on his own if I can help him.

And did Shinji say yes to my party? Can I have it at the bar, can I, can I?

And what's my present? I wanna know, really!

And how many people can I invite to my party? I don't know how many the bar can fit--but you know, right Sorata?

What kind of cake are you baking? Will it be yummy? And frosting? Is there frosting? Or sugar, or fruit, or something?

Can I help you bake it?

Sorata, gosh, I'm so excited!

I'm not making chocolates for anyone, because I don't know how, and Valentine's is for girls to give presents to boys.

You can sort of make cookies here. The problem is that it takes eggs, and I'm really running short right now. Otherwise, it's pretty easy.

Shinji said the party was okay at the bar.

Your present is still a secret.

Well... how many people did you want to invite? You should talk to Shinji about that part.

It will be a great cake. And very sweet.

Help me bake it, huh...

That's good. I'm glad you are.

All you have to do is put milk in the churn and beat it until you have butter. I beleive it works best if you leave in the cream. But I think you can also make it with just milk or with just cream.

I've never made butter before, but I'm pretty sure that's what they did in the farms and such.

I see. It just happens automatically?

It causes the fat particles to separate from the water and clump together. That's all butter is, skim milk is the water part left after the process.

Well, I can understand that, but it still seems a little... hmm. Guess I thought it would be much more difficult than that, for some reason. Because it took so long to get this far.

Yeah, when their channel's gone... it means they got sent back.

I mean, at least you know they're back home, right?

...It's... a little trickier than that. One of them, I don't know what I think either way. Kinda conflicting. The other... he's dead.

If you ask. They're not that bad. I think that if it's something "helpful," they usually will. Or maybe they just like me.
