I think the thing that pisses me off the most is that one of the main things about being a companion is that you get all this personal growth, and you leave the Doctor, and you're a better person, blah, blah, blah...but not Donna. Instead, she goes right back to the self-centered person she originally was - stripped of everything that made us love her in the first place. That's why I didn't make forgetting the Doctor completely Donna's loss at Paradisa, and it shouldn't have fucking happened in the show.
Need to write fixit fic where Donna is made of pure fucking awesome again.
Yes. Donna was, I think, the one companion in the new series who was truly, completely better off for having known the Doctor - and that was taken away.
Now Donna can never leave Paradisa. D: That makes two characters. (Technically, I suppose the Master shouldn't, either, since he gets shot, but since when does the Master actually die?)
God, that will never cease to make me both irate and sad at the same time. She didn't deserve that. In the old series, companions could just walk away - but, no, we can't do that anymore (well, okay, Martha did, but that's because Rusty hates her anyway).
...my first thought there was of Five/Donna. I'm not quite sure how that would work, though, because Five is so obviously gay for the Master.
...You have wonderful yet tragic taste. D: (Well, yes, he is the Cockroach of Time Lords.)
Exactly - and they only let MARTHA walk away because of the stupid-ass unrequited love plot line. (Yes, I think it was more about him making her feel second-best, but do the writers? IDK.) And 'forever' still irritates the fuck out of me, because Donna is more sensible than that.
...Ooooh. ...XD (Well, he totally fell for Nyssa. Who is...like the opposite of Donna. BUT BOTH ARE AWESOME SO IT CAN WORK OUT.)
I'm of the personal opinion that the TARDIS could have healed Donna. I mean, it's not like she hasn't done more before, hello Bringing Jack Back to Life. (And Lee and Grace, while we're at it.) She could have totally removed the Time Lord from Donna. If she can make Ten human, she can make Donna human, too, you sons of bitches.
I think I need to write this happening. Because it isn't fair otherwise.

I was really enjoying it. It was fun, though it did drag in parts, for me. And so many people were awesome. (Like Sarah. Mostly Sarah.)
Yeah. I need to read/write/imagine fixit fic or something.
Thank you. I think I'd go crazy if everyone else loved it to pieces.

Oh, she should have. Though it probably would have been odd, as he is part Donna.

Fuck you, Rusty.

I think I shall encourage this. With streamers and trumpets.
I'm fine with tragedy, but not half-assed tragedy that's only written in to make people feel like crap.
