     Vacations go by too fast.  How can it be Thursday evening already?  I am as fat as a pig because we've been cooking and eating and cooking and eating for days on end.  Helena wants to go yard saling this weekend and Lord help because her bedroom is so packed with stuff already.  She wants to get another bookshelf but there is nowhere to put it

Oooo I'm salivating over the ham. Do you use anything to bast it like brown sugar and cloves?

Vacations do seem to go much faster than normal time, but I hope you enjoyed yourself and had a nice time. Not sure what the status is of your relationship with Philip, but it sounds like you're right it making sure you know what you want before your commit again. :D

Brown sugar and cloves sounds good, I'll have to try that next time! This go-round I made a glaze with peach preserves, mustard, honey and a little vinegar. mmmmmmm!

Helena sounds my type of lady - I run out of space all the time - & I have a complete house to fill!!

Hee! Helena is a lot of fun, and she has a good eye for cute things, but they do add up and seemingly reproduce after a while. My sister is more of a minimalist so all the clutter drives her batty!
