damn neighbors

i hate my neighbors. actually, i hate one set of neighbors...i've had to call the police on them a couple of times for screaming in the parking lot for hours on end...and now, they've gone too far

I feel your pain. I used to live in a ghetto area and HATED the loud people I was surrounded by. I has a neighbor that would use our waterhose when we weren't home because their utilities were always getting turned off. We finally had to just remove our waterhoses but that still didn't stop them from filling up buckets!!!
