Разве не имеет смысл washing with soap after toilet хотя бы затем что хоть часть фекальных бактерий смоется ?

There will be enough left of them to kill you many times over (if they are indeed lethal).

Что если они не 100% lethal, но есть риск, или неприятную нелетальную болезнь могут вызвать.

Разве с заражением меньшим числом бактерий иммунитету не легче справиться чем с заражением большим числом ?

Going from 10% to the same 100% is three divisions. Immune cells do not go to the gut. They cannot do anything to these bacteria before they try to penetrate gut lining. They would not even attempt doing it before quorum sensing tells them that they built up their numbers, because it is altruistic suicide for the first cohort. eg
