((reposting this from writer boy because this prompt has been up for over a year and no one's filled it... D: ))
REPOSTING UNTIL THE COWS COME HOME TO GIMME A DAMN FILL.
Watson loves eavesdropping on what's going on inside Holmes' body. So Watson feeds/stuffs Holmes and then listens to him digest via stethoscope.
*starts rummaging through belongings to find bribe material for everyone's muses*
