Hoyas for CHoiceI came across this phenonmenon back in my NU days, when a Gtown student called Nate to tell him that they were distributing free condoms at The Rock! (Mind you, on the 14th of Feb, the Vagina Monologues committe would distribute condoms, promote sexual health and perform the VM. Weeks prior, I helped sort out the good packets from the condoms that were in ripped or torn or otherwise compromised states. (I'd play pranks on dormmates with the discarded condoms of course
