Toronto again

Got back safe and sound.   Flight landed around 6:15pm and the travel time was only 1 hour, 40 minutes, the rest of the time was in the airport waiting to depart Atlanta.   Customs called me aside to review my Permanent Resident card because their system records that it was marked stolen.   This was from last Xmas when I thought I had lost it and

I'm thinking you, Ginny, and I need to start working on a teleportation machine as none of us is too impressed with how far away we are from friends/loved ones... nor are we too impressed with the airlines right now either.

Yeah, the luggage started to arrive a little after we talked. By the time you called again, we were on our way out, but I'd put everything (including the bag with the phone in it) in the trunk.

And yeah, not-thrilled with distance and airlines. Although the flight staff was good, but the baggage handlers had obviously all called out sick with hangovers. *grumble*

They also must have called out sick the night before too as there were baggage problems in both Dallas and Toronto when I flew back New Year's Eve too.
