Is there a word for a feeling of dread as you get an exam back that you are sure you did poorly on and as you turn to the grade imagining an 84 or so at best and instead seeing 104 instead and the dread turns into a mix of confusion, happiness, and pride? 1) Yes. Well...not a word, but a two-word phrase. The first word starts with an S and the second word starts with a D.

I am terrified of LASIK. I just know I would move my eye at exactly the wrong moment and be blinded for life.

i think they numb all your eye muscles so you can't move them. i imagine that's the type of thing they've thought of. however, matt may be able to give a better account, as i've never done it?
