I find myself in a dilemma; I just finished watching the A&E version of Pride and Prejudice and can't seem to choose which Mr. Darcy I like better. Matthew or Colin, Matthew or Colin? *sighs*

Lol well Matthew was entertaining but he just isn't as stern and formidable on screen as Mt. Darcy should be in my mind. Have you read the book, if not maybe that could help solve your dilemma. If you have then just enjoy each of them for their different particular characteristic double the Darcy as it were ^_~

mmm Mako-torment, how I love thee. I love it ^_^ I'm fascinated by the use of Athena as her goddess name, as most people associate Athena with Ami but I recall you mentioning that you had reasons behind it, and I think knowing you I'd tend to agree with them ;) She's so pretty when she's broken.

That's very interesting. Though I adore Greek mythology, I never thought of having Ami as Metis. But Makoto as Athena does make perfect sense.

Seriously, this was incredible. I can't really put it into words, the amount of feeling that went into this fic-- it tore at something in me, and even if Mako is not a character I often link to, this time I could *feel* her pain.

You captured the ambiance wonderfully-- I could see myself standing there, in that rocky crest, witnessing the world fall.

I even forgive you for stealing my favourite Greek name for Ami! :-) Although now that you mention it, Metis does seem like a good name, and I would totally use it, except that in the fandom it's often associated with Methis, the youma that had an almost-relationship with Jadeite in the anime.

Despite that, congrats!! I absolutely loved this piece.

I did not know their was a character name Methis in anime, but then again it has been a long time since I paid anysort of attention to the anime ^^;; Intersting...
