It's funny, you work so hard, you do everything you can to get away from a place, and when you finally get your chance to leave, you find a reason to stay.
The ability to hope has nothing to do with stupidity. I think of it as a basic instinct - one of the two was to cope with life. Hoping there'll be more, hoping there will come brighter day is a most optimistic way of living, instead of being pissed off, because you found another plain reason that told you life's a bitch. And in the end, I think, even for the little things, hope is worth it. And even if you don't think anything will work out fine: keep holding on!
Very nice said, Chadeva-chan, thank you! ^_^ I think, I keep holding onto the little things - as always. Hadn't I been doing that for most of my life, I would've already drowned in depression and grief. ^_^"
No problem, shitashii_kun XD~ You can make it two of us, because I am holding on to the little bright moments of life since day one. ^.~ Makes me believe that being satisfied with those small things that brighten up a day, you'll be able to enjoy true happiness someday <- if you know what I mean ^.~
