Pretty sure it's not official - Hisagi's pupils are usually much smaller, I think. And the hair's parted differently. I think? I don't think it's official though.

Yeah, the eyes are just really, really off for me, so that it doesn't look official at all. The Kira is convincing, though, just... not Hisagi.
