Fun and Convicts
Last day of school today. Having final exams are the worst way to end a school year. You spend your last hours before summer in activities even worse than normal school are they (yes, them) trying to make us hate school even more than we already do? Goddam, I have enough bad memories of that place without spending the last of it in testing.

I would be the first to admit that I hated every last second of high school. But now that I have been out for a couple years, I have gathered a whole new perspective on it. I have grown to miss it. This is why I intend on going to college. 2 years ago, college was the last thing on my mind.
I think I yearn for some new social interaction with people I do not see every day. That, and I think my brain is rotting away entirely as I sit here using the internet.
My point is, you hate it now, but in the next few years when you get out of it (I have no idea what grade you're in), chances are you are going to miss it. I think everyone does. I hang out with some of the last people I would expect to be in college right now. This fall I plan to join them.
So, I say you should enjoy your last years. Sure, the work is annoying, but your friends will always be there.

Although I do truly despise those tests (also, because I haven't been studying as hard as I should have)so the times I don't enjoy it are mostly my fault anyway :). Harder work next year! I love interacting with all the people at my school, I miss them already!
And thank you very much for your comment, it's wonderful to see the people I randomly sought out coming back to seek me out! It's very warm and fuzzy.
