Sorry not to be leaving many comments recently, or posting chatty musings. My internet access has been strangely intermittent, shutting down pages at random, and it's been frustrating. This morning everything seems fairly stable (fingers and paws crossed!) so I thought I'd leap in and say hello and try to read posts I've missed

I had a pulled muscle in my back thanksgiving day from shopping & lifting stuff (I think) so I guess I'm trying to say at our age we must be careful.

Pip has such a hard life. lol

Yay, happy to see you! But ugh, your poor back. I hope it heals up quickly! You're welcome to come and try out my inversion table anytime you like to see if it helps. It's been great for my back.

I know so many people who've had cataract surgery and done well, so hopefully everything will go well for your mom, too. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for her!! That's pretty amazing that she avoided the hospital for so many years. Good for her!!

I sure everything goes well for mom. The world is so much brighter and more colorful than she thinks it is, with her vision the way it is now.

I have this one area of my back that always complains if I overdo it. Our bodies are far too delicate!
