I partially feel bad for Reita though D: its obvious he doesnt want to be pulled back into this relationship but then again, who can say no to Kai

Well, the interactions between him and Akira in the next few chapters should make him less creepy. xD Otherwise, I'm afraid I'll just end up scaring my readers off. x)
