Recently, I discovered the classic anime and manga series Cyborg 009, and the wonderful main couple of Joe Shimamura and Francoise Arnoul. Joe is a wonderfully sensitive hero, and Francoise is the ideal heroine, sensitive and mature and completely devoted to the one she loves.

Oh, no, no. Meyers actually created a very rich world, but all the good ideas got lost when she turned BOTH Bella and Edward into Mary Sues. Like That Author does with Francoise and Joe.
