Well, in all fairness, there were other YouTube videos that showed other cars driving over it, and the sound isn't as melodious (ironically, none of the cars shown in any of the videos are actual Honda Civics, for which the road was designed and thus would cause perfect pitch). Considering how other ones would cause a mess, I can see that it would drive tons of people nuts.
