Thank you!! Haha I've always wanted to explore D/s verses where orientation doesn't affect personality, and where there's a lot of leeway between the range of dominance in a dominant (and vice versa). But you hit the nail on the head with what I wanted to portray haha, I'm glad you enjoyed it~ :D

What interesting D/s dynamics you draw here, I wasn't expecting it at all! I usually don't like this sort of fics much but this one is amazing. Please write more of this universe, both Taekwoon's and Hakyeon's characterization was on point, regardless of the setting and their interaction felt very natural too.

People often mistake being dominant with being forceful but those two concepts aren't mutually exclusive. You can be assertive and gentle and this fic reflected on that; Hakyeon was perfectly lovely without losing the control and Taekwoon was still himself and still was made putty on his Dom's hands.

Please write more of this verse.

Oh oh oh oh I've always wanted to see something like that, with N being dominant but sweet and caring and Taekwoon just, well, being himself. And I really like how Hakyeon loves the way Taekwoon looks and doesn't mind his personality. I guess his former doms had a bad taste hehe (I'm, um, no specialist, but isn't it more thrilling to watch someone proud and strong submit to you, than someone who is weaker in the first place?)

When they met again, why didn't Hakyeon order him to his side, is it because he wants to make their daily relationship more natural and comfortable?

In my understanding of D/s verse (as well as the inherent consent issues), I think it's important that Hakyeon not assert his dominance over someone who wasn't (yet) his? So Taekwoon would have to acknowledge him first before anything could happen.

GOSH I know this comment is absolutely ages late, but my friend linked me this fic over twitter earlier tonight, and I really wanted to say something because reading this made me get all wibbly and emotional in the best possible way.

I think what I love most of all is the dynamic between the two of them--how careful and patient and honestly adoring Hakyeon is, and how that lets Taekwoon allow himself to let go of his control so much more easily, because it lets him feel safe. ALSO THE PRAISE KINK. I'm so weak for doms who aren't afraid to give praise, dear god. That entire scene was so gentle and sensual and everything I love about kink when it's done well. (I've never been big on detached/cold doms, but that's just me. I think people forget that kink doesn't have to be that way!) Thank you so, so much for that.

Later on, there'll be another part of Taekwoon that will understand (and appreciate) why he didn't. I adore this, too. People forget how much D/s is based so fundamentally in consent and just!!!!!!!!!!! my emotions
