That concert was here in Denver once, it was really awesome. Unfortunately Nobuo Uematsu didn't come, but it was still a lovely concert although the Colorado Symphony Orchestra should have practiced One Winged Angel a few more times XD

Oh, I went to Baltimore last year, I think? One of the years. He was SUPPOSED TO be there, then he wasn't. He left us a lol'ful message, though. XD I even accidentally ran into a friend I hadn't seen in ages. I can't see him here in Philly, but I saw him Baltimore. The hell. >>;;

Yeah, really. The message had him and his car that was totally trying to be a tranformer. XD It was hilarious.

Unfortunately, his brother is my ex. Bah, seeing him unexpectedly is meh. XD

I was so lucky... I was able to see the Dear Friends concert in San Francisco 6-7 years ago, though I definitely was sitting in one of the lower-priced terrace seats >_> Hehe.

Anyway, if $40 isn't entirely too much, maybe you could still go... ?

OH MAN I SAW AN AD FOR THIS A FEW YEARS AGO ON THE BUS IN SEATTLE BUT I MISSED IT AND FUCK IT WOULD HAVE BEEN AMAZING.

Costs aside. Basically, damn it for being a lot of money and damn myself for not having a time machine to go back and see it anyway.

Is there student pricing even though it's a special event?

Shoulda expected that; if there was student pricing they wouldn't be able to seat anybody else.
