I really like that. I often feel like the back history already built for Grant has been somewhat ignored, but this captures it and runs with it in a nice, smooth way that capitalizes on both Roy and Grant having had tragedies in their past.

Very well done!

This was an interesting take on their history. You're absolutely right in that it was a shame we didn't see them interact when the Lightning Saga. May I suggest cross-posting this to jsa_allstars? I'm sure there are some Grant Emerson fans over there who would like to know about this fic.

Nice. Roy connected a lot with the kids on the Titans teams, and it's nice to see what taken into the future. And Grant; poor boy needs some hugs.
