I pull out of Steph's neighborhood onto Waters Ave [in Tampa], right blinker on as I'm preparing to turn right onto Waters. One car is coming, but it was in the far left lane [I was aiming for the middle]. As I pull into the middle lane, said car decided "Hey, let's be a total JACKASS and move into the middle lane [w/o signaling, might I add] as
