10 years!
10 years! That is how long I have been wanting/trying to go to Japan. Next month, it is finally happening - June 2 - 17th. I wish it could be longer, but the boyfriend's stupid job beckons. first balboa win!
Finally won my first balba dance competition. Granted, it was an informal local thing at a new almost monthly venue, so it wasn't a "real" competition, the judges all know me, and even though it was a Jack and Jill, I randomly got matched up w/ my boyfriend/partner for the finals, but it did win me a $150 pair of remix vintage (dance) shoes, so I' ( Read more... ) -

My Sassy Girlfriend
I just watched My Sassy Girl (or Girlfriend) with 5am upon his recommendation last night. This Korean movie is one of the funniest schadenfreude type movies ever, with a nice touch of melodrama. Love Contract
Since when did sappy Taiwanese dramas turn into the depressing massacre of Korean Drama. Damn you, I used up a whole box of tissues! I should have stopped at eps 14 when it was still happy and relatable to my own life. -
