Hmmm...

Okay, Boyue's FINALLY become playable, and... well, my initial reactions are conflicted. His stat growth is terrible; he has a C in Attack and Movement and an E in Resistance. (He doesn't die easily, though; his Defence is A-ranked, and his Musou and HP are B-ranked.) I'm still annoyed that such an awesome weapon did not merit a higher strength, ( Read more... )

video games, what is this crap, koei and omega force are bastards, somebody call the waaaambulance, unhealthy obsession: shu, shut up boyue is fucking win, musou, fucking fanservice!, sanguo

I'm glad he's better than a certain Ningning...

It looks like Imma have to wait on getting Ace Attorney: Investigations, as Katsucon is going to take a serious chunk out of my spending money. :/ I should be able to buy it after my next pay check, hopefully.

I dunno, maybe the movesets of older characters have been tweaked. Also, this is all I could think about when I saw Boyue's air Ranbu. I am so sorry in advance.

Awwww, that sucks. Still, no worries, I don't think there're any preorder bonuses, and at least it's fairly cheap. :3

0_0 The internet is a strange, strange place.

I'm not too worried about getting the game, as I will be getting a pay check sometime next week. Besides, I've recently taken up playing Persona 4 again, so I am quite distracted by it. Because it is a lovely, lovely game. Honestly, I am in no rush to get AA: Investigations.

I'm more worried about making sure I have enough money to help pay for Amanda's car expenses, my own food, and of course stuff from the Dealer's room. I really need to figure out a way to check my Bank account balance before Friday. I'd do it at the campus center, but apparently it charges you money to do so.

Ok. I'm not TOO worried about my financial situation. I just have to watch how much I spend, which is not something that I usually do at cons. Which is a bad thing.

I'm probably going to apply for a job on campus over the summer, so I will hopefully have lots of money come Otakon time.

I really need to finish P4, but I've been playing Multi Raid 2's demos so much that I'm kind of no longer used to turn-based systems. (Also my monitor doesn't connect to old PS2s. I need to remedy this.)

Does your bank lack a website where you can check this stuff? I thought the Campus Centre’s machine didn’t charge for any of its basic functions. Did they change that this semestre?

Set a hard limit; it's what I (try to) do at cons by bringing only so much cash. Unfortunately, the higher the awesomeness of one's friends, the harder it is to stick to that. (I'm thinking specifically of my hugeass Gundam splurge last Otakon.)

I'm actually thinking of not going to Katsucon this year; the Snowpocalypse's timing couldn't be worse, and I'd rather not freak out about people driving in crappy conditions. I'll wait until the storm passes though; it's possible it'll all clear up somehow before the weekend.
