I think I confused her with the car business (she got the impression that I wanted to find out if you could fit in the car from Bryn Mawr...as opposed to someone swinging by the metro station after we had already gotten to DC and everything), so no confirmation if that will be a go. Catrina said that there are normally shuttles to the hotel from the station, so that can be a nice backup?
