Het means heterogeneous., and yes., that's how het works., it is a girl/boy relationship of any pairing you want., in this case, Dongho is a girl with the name Dongsoon.,

hmmm... yeah., I really need to update the Jaevin fic., this coming days I'll do it., and the other fic you are talking about, I decided to only post it in Asianfanfics., ^-^ I'll just link it to you if you want.,
