i did it.

i reached my goal.

it took two months...which is pretty fuckin long..hahah.

i ran a maybe 3 times a week. a mile-two miles each time.

crunches, crosscrunches, and the sort every night. buy an exercise ball, those are the best.

i always weighed 105 or less, but it was always like..thin. now im toned and have more of an athletic built rather than a stick thin one.
