Nor can I... She looks as though she's been through... a lot. She looks better than last night, however she still appears to be physically and emotionally tired.

Seems like those are the usual hospitalization problems she has so it's a relief there's nothing new and interesting.

Interesting being referred to in the manner of "Oh god no what's wrong?"
